3. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped.
4. Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.
5. pre ordered items: Some items may require extra processing time or be subject to limitations. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
We hope you love your timeless piece from Storia d’Amore. But if something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. RETURNS CONDITIONS
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
2. PLEASE NOTE
Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please email us at storiadamorebrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
5. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the return process and place a new order.
Exchanges depend on product availability and are treated as separate orders.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at storiadamorebrand@gmail.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
